Organic farming, Niek van den Boer, t'Schop

Niek van den Broek is a young organic farmer and  member of the Youth Food Movement YFM. YFM is a network of young professionals, who try to change the actual food production and consumption. It sounds strange when he, as a cattle farmer, asks people to eat less meat. He criticises the lack of respect for animals in today’s meat production chain. At his farm ‘t Schop in Hilvarenbeek you can buy meat or prepare it directly in one of their cooking  workshops.
